In short: We do not upload, collect, or store your photos. All photo scanning and organization happens entirely on your device.

A. Photo Library Access
Photo Cleaner requires access to your device's photo library to function. All scanning, analysis, and swiping actions are performed entirely on your device. We never transmit your photos, videos, or metadata to our servers or any third parties.
B. Analytics (PostHog)
We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage data (e.g., screens visited, buttons tapped) to improve the user experience. This data does not contain any personal identifiers or photo metadata and is processed in accordance with your App Tracking Transparency preferences.
C. In-App Purchases (RevenueCat & Apple)
Subscriptions are processed securely via Apple's App Store and managed using RevenueCat. We collect transaction metadata (such as purchase date, entitlement status, and subscription state) to enable your Pro features. We do not collect or store your billing or credit card details.
2. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party service providers:
- RevenueCat: For subscription management (Privacy Policy)
- PostHog: For product analytics (Privacy Policy)
3. Data Retention
Because we do not store your photos or personal details on any database, we hold zero user-identifiable records on our own servers. Analytics and subscription data are retained securely by our providers (PostHog and RevenueCat) according to their retention policies.
