Terms of Use

1. Use of the Service

Soji grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on iOS devices owned or controlled by you, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to modify or delete photos in your device's library.

We are not responsible for any accidental deletion of photos or data loss. Please ensure your device is backed up.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Some features of Photo Cleaner require a premium subscription ("Soji Pro").

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your App Store Account Settings.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by Apple, in accordance with Apple’s App Store policy.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ACCIDENTAL DATA LOSS (SUCH AS PHOTO DELETION) WILL NOT OCCUR.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOJI BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PHOTOS, DATA LOSS, OR DEVICE MALFUNCTION.

5. Standard Apple EULA

These terms supplement the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict, the terms of the standard Apple EULA shall apply: Standard Apple EULA.
